To build up and foster a company culture that is in line with the organization’s values and objectives
To develop and maintain the HR system such as job level, job catalogs, job profiles, salary range, performance & competency management, bonus schemes, benefit programs.
To create the recruitment strategy, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement for the organization
Providing consultation, coaching and training to managers and employees
Developing and implementing HR initiatives, HR solutions in line with organizational objectives, performance management (objectives, KPI)
To manage the HR information systems (HRIS), employee personal information
Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition
Leading the analysis of employee feedback, grievance & communication system, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
Responsible for the management of the Human Resources (HR) Department with staff responsibility for two, including but not limited to personnel recruitment, contract management, social/health/jobless insurance; visa and work permit arrangements and travel/hotel bookings
Preparation of monthly payroll in a timely fashion, ensuring that all salaries are accurately calculated including leave entitlements
Responsible for ensuring the HR database and employees’ personal hard files are updated accurately and completely
Plan, review and implement employment plan, headcount budget and work closely with colleagues on controlling labor cost within approved budget
Responsible for the implementation of recommendations, strategies and personnel trainings to improve overall employee satisfaction and reduce employee turnover reporting progress to the CEO
Ensure that all HR functions meet the relevant legal requirements including the annual review of employment contracts, collective Labour agreement and company policies, rules & regulations
Responsible to work with relevant line managers regarding KPIs, performance management and improvement requirements, contract terminations, salary negotiations, bonus applications, promotions and job change management
Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget
Liaise closely with local authorities/Labour Department and manage all legal matters, sometimes in cooperation with the company’s lawyer
Be responsible for and manage all general affairs matters such as management of security guards, cleaners, drivers, canteen, waste management and ensuring cleanliness and functioning of the company’s facilities (factory, warehouses and offices)
Be responsible for the social compliance and HSE managements, setting up the coporate social responsibility system in order to meet the customer requirements and local labour law and quality management system.
Leading the application of the social responsibility systems: BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Customer’s CoC, ISO 9001
Conduct the internal audit, organizing the customer audit and making the corective action plan.

University graduate of Human Resources/Law/Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing companies
Having knowledge of Social Resposibility System, customer requirements, quality management system, familiar with the BSCI, WRAP, Higg Index, C-TPAT, SA 8000, ISO 41001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001…
Have a deep knowledge of Human Resources Management and current Labour law and regulations, continuously updating new trends, methods and patterns
Must be a mature and self-controlled person that is used to work with highest confidentiality
Pleasant and totally trustful personality, excellent organizer and good people manager
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Well versed in MS Office tools and preferably with experience in HRIS
