Human Resources Manager

- Be responsible for performance management including defining/updating framework, train
- Handle compensation and benefit, analyze the history, the current market, and business impact to propose any needed policy changes
- Ensure and update legal and governance compliance as per the law/ authority requirements.
- Day-to-day HR operations to ensure the smooth running of processes and procedures, compliance of employees, and dispute and conflict solutions.
- Manage contracts and employee profiles, templates, and documents
related members about performance management and monitor the implementation to ensure compliance, and assist managers to resolve disputes if any.
- Be in charge of training and development for the whole team members
- Working closely with the business development team and technical team to identify the demands and plan sourcing options.
- Directly manage the recruitment process from posting jobs, and setting up interviews to offer.
- Analyze, propose the strategic employer branding, and directly implement the EB of the company as well as working with external partners

- At least 1 year of HR experience for an IT or Fintech company.
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of HR manager for a company with 100+ employees
- Excellent English and native Vietnamese proficiency.
- Able to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and apply them to HR processes
