Human Resources Manager (Shuttle bus from Quy Nhơn City)

*Shuttle bus provided from Quy Nhon City to Phu Cat
Recruitment:

Responsible for creating job descriptions for the entire firm.
Partner with management to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the whole plant. Carry out the recruiting as planned.

Training & Development:

Follow up on talent development programs to assure a steady supply of personnel for the company&039;s business needs.
Developed and implemented training programs for all roles in the company, including topics such as law, company regulations and policies, working skills, and soft skills.
In charge of staff development: collaborate with the heads of departments to identify skills and increase the talent pool.

Labour Relationship:

To create an annual plan for employee welfare programs in order to retain the employee.
To handle employee discipline policies and actions.
Advise management on pay, welfare, and reward programs.
Responsible for resolving labor issues.

Other responsibilities as delegated by the BOD.

Experience in manufacturing company, candidates with background from Garment/Textile industry is highly preferable.
Fluent in English communication.
Having knowledge regarding the labor code and compliance with society
Teamwork, independence, and high pressure
Bachelor&039;s degree or above.
