Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with occasionally weekend work when required
DUTIES
● Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening, and interviews;
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and necessary
paperwork;
● Employee Relations:
- Manage disciplinary actions and conflict resolution;
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and HR initiatives;
- Address employee queries regarding HR- related issues;
● Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
● Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs;
- Coordinate and schedule internal training;
● Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Handle work permits and temporary residence cards for foreign employees;
- Prepare HR- related reports as required;
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefit- related queries;
- Handle payroll, SI- HI, PIT, health insurance and other C&B related tasks;
- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records;
● Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including
documentation and communication with employees and managers;
● Other tasks assigned by the HR & Finance Manager;
REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
● Experience in acquiring work permits and temporary residence cards;
● Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role;
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
● In- depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
