JOB DESCIPTION
Administrative management:
• Update, manage and monitor import and export of goods in the warehouse.
• Repair and replace office items when needed.
• Manage and update monthly administrative expense list.
• Daily: check the office, report when problems arise.
• Maintenance of office systems such as: trees, irrigation systems, vegetable tanks, cameras, electricity, water, internet, office equipment, ...
• Timekeeping control.
• Celebrate monthly birthdays for employees with birthdays that month.
• Carry out activities during the year such as: health check- up, moon cake giving, year- end party and board of directors birthday.
• Manage, monitor and allocate computers, stationery, office equipment and other items in the office.
Human resource management:
• Salary, bonus and welfare policy: implement and manage work related to salary, bonus, social insurance, personal income tax and related arising issues.
• Recruitment: make periodic and arising recruitment plans. Ensure to provide sufficient quantity and meet recruitment standards.
Update, track and manage records such as job offers, labor contracts and other documents of the human resources department.
• Training: develop training plans and personnel development training programs.
• Propose human resources budget and manage annual human resources budget.
• Draft and manage human resources administrative processes and forms.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of human resources administration. Have good knowledge of Labor Law.
• Leadership: ability to lead and lead employees to complete work well, on time, and achieve good plans.
• Graduate.
• Creating systematic relationships with employees in the company, being young and sensitive to technology is an advantage
• Work well independently and multitask.
• Work smart to achieve the best results in the shortest time
• Flexible: able to manage any situation.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Probation: 1 month
• Working hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30- 6:00 (flexible hours)
• Welfare:
Lunch at the office from Monday to Thursday every week, snack on weekdays.
Monthly parking allowance for employees.

Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June.
