Human Resources Supervisor - HRBP (Land Rover)

HR Tasks

Assist to HR Mange in payroll preparation
Searching potential candidates,
Organize the HR’s events (award ceremonies, the year end party, outing trips…)
Formulate Company’s HR policy and implement enforcement
Prepare the document for MBV audit
Filing and register with relevant authority
Evaluating recruitment result and making decision after interview,
Implement recruitment plan based on headcount budget
Send the approval letter to MBV in case the candidate used to work for MBV or any dealer of MBV before.
Follow up probation period and expiry date LC to make new LC
Collect and follow up claim document for staff accident, sickness insurance
Implement procedures for transfer, resignation, termination
Staff database updating
Induction, orientation program and train for new comers
Combine with function Department to set up interview,
Prepare job offer and job description for new comer
Implement and advising staff on Company’s regulation, Company’s HR policy, staff welfare and health

Training coordinator:

Training coordinator with MBV
Ensure HR development for all employees within the framework of the Mercedes- Benz training program and other supplementary courses
Contracts for technical and professional training.
Follow up the training schedule ( monthly and yearly) provided by MBV
Update training courses and training results monthly
Nominate staffs to take part in the training course

· 3- 5 years of experience in the same level
· Proficiency in English
· Interpersonal and Communication skills;
· Learning and open mindsets Knowledge human management; training & development, employee relations, Organization development
· Trustful, honesty, friendly & sociable personality
· Coordinate & teamwork skills
· Proficiency MS Offices
· Graduated University and have B.A as minimum in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
