Job Description:

Monitor and update changes in salary, bonus, and benefits of employees.
Perform some tasks assigned by superiors when necessary.
Recruit and update candidate profiles in the internal system.
Disseminate company policies and regulations; draft contracts and answer questions, complaints, and grievances for employees.
Coordinate document processing; work with government agencies and service companies inside and outside the country.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Excel, etc.).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Teamwork, carefulness, meticulousness, and a desire to learn.
Work in HR team (3 members)
Ability to calculate and update data accurately. Good English proficiency.

Working hours:
Off every Saturday and Sunday.
From Monday to Friday (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM- only night shift).

Salary:

3- month probation: 10,300000 VND.
Official salary: 13,800000 VND
