[Hung Yen] Procurement Staff

We are looking for Procurement Staff who are willing to join Purchasing team and take the role of delivery control to ensure production plan, detail as below:
* Contract duration: 12 months
• Control and follow trial schedule of new models to catch up development plan
• Check mold condition and confirm monthly mold quality
• Set up material cost for import parts
• Control monthly mold budget and expenditure
• Control quality and mold order for cost reduction (CR) items before design change
• Audit suppliers: QMS/EMS
• Control ordering and receiving new & current part samples to implement Value Analysis (VA) & Value Engineering (VE) changes
• Sourcing and negotiate with suppliers for rubber and electric parts for new models
• Order mold and follow quality of parts

• Willing to work under very high pressure
• Basic English (Japanese is a plus)
• Bachelor Degree
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Careful & attention to details
• Having working experience in Purchasing field in manufacturing company
