HVAC_Project Sales Executive/ Chuyên viên kinh doanh HVAC kênh dự án

As a Project Sales Executive (HVAC Product), you will be in charge of, but not limited at following tasks:

Manage key accounts; build up special caring program to strengthen, seeking and take care contractor and consultant

Market development: expand sales network and new customers (contractors, consultants and developers)
Keep tracking on market movement and competitors’ activities and information
Build up relationship with consultants to do spec-in, with contractors to secure Projects
Follow up customers in term of payment (Account Receivable), Project delivery plan, Project approaching, bidding, and contract
Report sales progress, result and projects pipeline frequently: daily, weekly, monthly
Keep tracking on moving consensus for project delivery plan and updating project information

To perform well at this role, there are some related requirements:

To be able to go on business trip
Work well under pressure and independently
Hard-working, dynamic, high sense of responsibility and open-minded
Willing to learn, adapt and to be flexible in new environment/or situation
Good communication, negotiation skills
Bachelor of University of Technology. Graduated with HVAC major is an advantage.
Good Ms. Office skills and good at Business English (>500 score of TOEIC)
Sales oriented, drive for results and good interpersonal skill
Well on job organizing, planning and critical thinking
Teamwork, disciplined working spirits
At least 3-year experience in HVAC Project Sales
