Hybrid - Java Developer (Senior/ Leader)

Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Leverage containerization technologies like Docker for efficient deployment.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Utilize Kafka for event- driven architecture and message streaming.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Drive technical decision- making and architectural design.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
Stay up- to- date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
Implement RESTful APIs to expose services to frontend applications.
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Assign tasks, review code, and provide feedback.

Must Have:

Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka for message streaming and event- driven architectures.
Strong proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Framework.
Leader: At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
Excellent problem- solving and debugging skills.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event- driven design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Senior: At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
Experience with security best practices and vulnerability scanning.

Probation policy: 2- month probation period with 100% full salary. After probation, the candidate will be offered a long- term contract with full benefits.

Salary: Ranges from 40,000,000 VND to 48,000,000 VND gross/month, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
Working model: Flexible hybrid – employees are allowed to work remotely for at least 15 days per month, the rest will be onsite at the office.
