Hybrid Programmer

Aware of document control system
Set up processing programs, processing instructions
Train new programmers when necessary.
Select appropriate tools and processing methods.
Support to solve processing problems during production.
Install, program, support to remote operate 3- axis, 4- axis milling machines, lathe machine VMC, HMC, double pallet.
Learn and improve processing processes and methods.
Review technical drawings, material dimensions.
Carry out production related requests from superiors.
Create models and in- process drawings for product, tools and fixtures.

Education requirement:
Bachelor degree of Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineer or relevant.
- Certificate in Masterscam is a plus.
- Master Degree is a plus.
- TOEIC 350+
Experience requirement:
- Good at English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and ability of using CAD/CAM (Mastercam) for Machining Cycle Time & Machining Approach
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, engineering drawings.
- Proficient in using Mastercam 3D
- Good at using Inventor design software (2D, 3D)
+1 Years in design and creating 3D/2D drawing.
+1 Years working with Masterscam 3D or relating CNC programming software
Experience on designing product for CNC machining
- Aware of documents control.
- Problem solving, root cause analysis.
- Organizing skills.
- Able to work independently.
