Hybrid QA QC Lead/ Principal (Automation, Manual)

As we embark on a major project in enterprise- level accounting solutions, developed collaboratively by our teams in Vietnam and Japan, we recognize the pivotal role of a QA/QC Lead. We are seeking a candidate with solid testing and interpersonal skills to join our English- speaking team at Money Forward Vietnam. This is an opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our company&039;s products, which are currently serving millions of users. This position offers the opportunity to work with a partner team in Japan and supervise several QA members based in Vietnam and Japan.

Analyze product requirements and clarify any questions.
Support, review, and provide necessary training to teammates.
Develop a robust QA strategy for the project that prioritizes automation testing over manual testing to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Perform testing activities from the start to the delivery of tasks and track the status of issues found.
Work as a hybrid QA to develop automation test scripts for assigned projects.
Initiate new ideas and contribute to enhancing the company&039;s QA/QC community.
Improve visualization and reporting about the overall QA process and its performance.
Design test cases with an in- depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques.
Participate in the Agile team to develop high- quality products.
Enhance the working process and share best practices with others.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in leading a team of 5+ members is a plus
Familiar with tools of issue/test management such as Jira or TestRail
Experience in API testing with Postman or equivalent tools
Experience in test automation with frameworks and programming languages
Good English communication and documentation skills
ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
5+ years of experience in web testing
Experience in performance testing or security testing is a plus
Solid skills and knowledge of testing processes and techniques
Great interest in testing, being open- minded and self- motivated
Experience in working in cross- functional and agile teams

Working hour: Flexible start 8AM- 9AM from Mon- Fri
Full salary in probation
Hybrid working: 2 days at the office and 3 days WFH
