Hygiene Manager - Quản Lý An Toàn Vệ Sinh

Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene.
Develop, review, & update cleaning procedures and schedules.
Report to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Liaise closely with Department heads to ensure that all health and food hygiene aspects to the hotel are well planned and coordinated to achieve maximum impact Demonstrate advanced knowledge of health and food hygiene issues
Conduct food / kitchen / personal hygiene audits
Conducts health and food hygiene inspections and food tests according to standards and procedures.
Plans and implements the Resort’s health and food hygiene policies and procedures.

Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
Location : Phu Quoc Island
Good writing skills
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
2 years related experience including at least 1 year in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree in food service management, BA or related field
Equipped with basic computer knowledge
