Hygiene Officer (Casual 6 Months)

• Responsible for health and safety regulation enforcement and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, by conducting regular audits
• Leads the resort in the implementation of the Food Safety Management Systems
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure
• Communicates possible problem areas to the manager
• Participate all training assigned by supervisor including English training and job skills training
• Holds meetings to highlight success and problem areas in the food and beverage safety issues
• Train and help colleagues on the jobs
• Following up with the assignment from Supervisor
• Perform/ behave as per IHG Winning Ways to other colleagues (within your department and toward other departments)
• Establish and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Understanding department&039;s and hotel&039;s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest
• Report Lost and Found immediately to Security
• Be responsible for saving hotel asset/ energy/ water/ chemical and propose the saving ideas to management
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
• Preserve ingredients and food in good conditions in order to keep cost in line

Required skills:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to read and write English
Qualifications:
Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management or related field. Experience-
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
