The Hygiene Chemical Application Specialist is ultimately responsible for management of key accounts as well as working with our customers, to develop product and service strategies for mutual benefit including chemical solutions, equipment (Taski and Ware washing machines) and service maintenance contracts

Performance Objectives
Manage service and maintain excellent relationships to assigned accounts
Conduct periodical service calls:
Check all schedules for your accounts – TCS
Send monthly schedule to Diversey – Only Diversey accounts
Check the output tech service
Send the output
Review the output
Summarize actions, solutions, advice
Communicate directly with client to solve any issues
Ensure all outstanding issue with clients are being handled by team
Conduct refresh training as per agreed commitment in contract
Training evaluation
Training attendance
Conduct Management Reviews periodical basis – as per contract commitments and following AIM formats
New account implementation:
Prepare implementation plan
Coordinate dispenser installation with Technical Service
Ensure all mandatory sign offs are performed with client, filed and uploaded to CRM
Prepare Proposed Cleaning procedures (Wall charts, job cards etc.)
Prepare training material
Manage, following matrix orgo, successful implementation of new account
Conduct the training and implementation
Collaborate with Business Development (BD):
Consult on Surveys performed by BD
Consult on product strategy if required
Consult on trials if required
Support complex survey and audit new accounts
