Hyper Automation Engineer / Factory Automation Specialy

Job Summary:
Our company is a premier provider of outsourced automation solutions, and we are currently seeking to fill two distinct but interrelated positions: a Hyper Automation Engineer and a Factory Automation Specialist. These roles involve working closely with client companies to assess, design, and implement advanced automation solutions that streamline their operations, with the goal of enhancing efficiency and productivity in both business processes and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
For Hyper Automation Engineer:
Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using RPA, AI, ML, and analytics.
Collaborate with clients to develop custom workflows and integrate a variety of digital automation tools.
Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from initial assessment to deployment and optimization.
For Factory Automation Specialist:
Conduct detailed process analysis to identify areas for improvement through automation.
Implement industry- specific solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT technologies.
Specialize in developing and integrating factory automation systems within the manufacturing sector.
Shared Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Solution Customization:
Ensure the seamless integration of various technologies to meet client objectives.
Work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor automation strategies accordingly.
Strategic Project Management:
Utilize strong project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for multiple client engagements.
Collaborative Team Work:
Facilitate communication between technical teams and client stakeholders.
Liaise with cross- functional teams to align automation initiatives with broader business goals.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct rigorous testing of all automation solutions to guarantee performance and reliability.
Ensure that all solutions adhere to the highest quality standards and industry regulations.
Training and Ongoing Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation systems.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored to each client&039;s needs.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Monitor the effectiveness of automation solutions and continually seek ways to enhance performance.
Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and apply this knowledge to client solutions.

Qualifications:

Ability to travel as needed for client consultations and implementations.
Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
Proven experience in automation, with specific roles requiring expertise in either hyper automation or factory automation.
