IE Costing Executive - Garment (May mặc)

To ensure establishment of best practices within the costing team thereby contributing to develop the most effective production methods as per the customers standards, transferring relevant details from the development stages to the production process.
Analyse and monitor all the product developments are done based on the best manufacturable method in order to improve the operational efficiencies.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Facilitate the pilot- run for new styles, prepare machine layouts, feeding plans & Standard Work Sheets (STW), whilst participating in change- over meetings and inform the teams accordingly.
Provide consumption in order to order fabric at initial stage.
Produce an accurate costing sheet to achieve the competitive price and give the various costing options to customer in order to reduce the price while adding newness to the product.
Review the following reports and communicate with the management and relevant personnel for effective decision making.- Daily efficiency report,- Hourly production file,- Machine requirement reports,- Daily Production Start Date (PSD) report
Analyse samples critically, prepare operations breakdowns, analyse motions, assign Standard Minute Values (SMV’s) for operations using GSD system and prepare machine layouts in order to facilitate accurate allocation of machines/manpower to obtain optimum output

- - Graduated from College/ University with major of Garment Technology or related majors with at least 3- 5 years of experience at same position.
- Good command in English, ability to conduct presentations/ meetings to senior management
- Knowledge of machine types seam and stich types; operation sequence of garment construction; industrial safety requirement and measure
- Analytical skill of sewing method; Forecasting and simulation of sewing method; Problem solving skill with sewing method technical application.
- Communication skill with all layers within the organization
- Having GSD License is a must
