Implement new initiative in production flow.
Work as team and improvements through collaboration work with all within the department and other.
Trail out the new initiative with collaboration with sewing technician.
Generate automation idea with the team and list down and evaluate the idea with criteria.
Discuss with the team leders in production and PDC collet the automation idea and take out for implementation
Generate automation idea with the team Actively participation for idea generation meeting and create valuable idea for automation project (Activity drive: Machinery identification, GSD method identification, GSD method forecasting, Method simulation capability)
Submit accurate cost benefit analysis about the project to the business

- Enthusiastic, inspiring people to think positively & eager to learn, overcome the challenge
- Good command in English, ability to conduct presentations/ meetings to senior management
- Ability to lead team to achieve set goals.
- Analytical skill of sewing method; Forecasting and simulation of sewing method; Problem solving skill with sewing method technical application.
- Good communication, leadership skill.
- Knowledge of machine types seam and stich types; operation sequence of garment construction; industrial safety requirement and measure
- Graduated from College/ University with major of Garment Technology or related majors with at least 3 years of experience as IE, Work- study....
- Communication skill with all layers within the organization
