IE Staff

IE Staff (Off- Shore)
is responsible for monitoring & maintaining the Engineering System Database of
US Tasks
, coordinating all engineering change orders to ensure system is updated on time and engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.

Thoroughly review Engineering Specification Change Requests to understand required modifications.
Proactively communicate with the US team to confirm and track the effective dates of changes.
Understand production processes to help standardize and improve current procedures.
Provide weekly updates on performance tracking metrics.
Accurately maintain and update engineering specification changes within the system, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Escalate any incidents or issues to the US team for further analysis, enabling early identification of potential problems and proactive implementation of solutions.
Develop plans and monitor progress to ensure all tasks meet established timelines.
Manage task assignments through systems, including Engineering Specification Change Orders via the SolidWorks Manage system and new item setups through the Calisto system.

Education: Graduated from Univeristy with Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent majors.
Skills and Abilities: Good at Excel, Analysis tool: Pivot Table, Power BI, etc.
Experience: From 1 year experience
Knowledge of: 3D Drawing, System Processing & controlling, Product specifications, AutoCAD
Good English skills
Systems and continuous improvement orientation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
