Ielts Teacher (Part-Time - Tan Phu)

Working hour & location:

Phan Anh, Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh city
Class 1: 5:30 - 7PM and class 2: 7-8:30PM
Need to be available for 2 classes, 5 days/ week - Mon&Fri/ Tue&Thu/Wed&Sat/ Sunday

Teaching:

Prepare high-quality teaching/ learning materials (lesson notes and homework hand/out)
Continuously improve the quality of learning for students at Manabie
Submit prepared content for academic revision and upload to Manabie LMS
Conduct IELTS lessons based on provided syllabus
Submit homework feedback and write monthly reports for each student

Training and development:

Student acquisition and retention (ad-hoc)
Attend weekly meetings to share insights of class progress/ student performance, and align and set weekly focu
Attend professional development/ service or product training as necessary
Support student acquisition and learning experience initiatives by collaborating with Marketing, Learner Discovery/ Learner Experience team on sharing teaching’s best practices, academic insights on students’ pain points, and content writing with MKT team.

Passion for education and can-do attitude
Online teaching experience for large groups of students is a bonus
Good communication and independent working skills
Bachelor degree in pedagogy. Advanced degrees are a bonus.
IELTS 7.5 and above (no skill under 6.5)

Monthly performance-based bonus
300k/ hour
