Searching ideas & brainstorming with the design team to come up with a mood board for every project.
Following the product development process to ensure the quality of color and quality standards.

Being a people person is a valuable asset.
Knowledge about anatomy, perspective laws, color palettes.
Having knowledge, experience in Blockchain/NFT, ... is an advantage.
Having hand- drawing and machine- drawing skills is a big plus. (Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, Figma, etc.)
Previous experience in the game industry is a positive attribute.
Demonstrating an innate curiosity, a drive for continuous learning, and a penchant for exploring new experiences.
Being detail- oriented, capable of working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge in graphic design/3D is advantageous.
