Im-Export Officer

Missions :

• Custom procedure control
• Import / Export
• Consumption / Balance
• Liquidation
• Annual finalization

As an Import / export officer you will be integrated in the Logistic team, you will be in charge of the following missions.

Custom procedure control :

• Daily deal with customs about import / export, ensure that data are correct and report.

Import :

• Responsible for all import procedures regarding commercial, non-commercial and temporary importation.

Export :

• Responsible for all import procedures regarding commercial, non-commercial and temporary exportation.

Consumption / Balance :

• Analyse factory’s consumptions from inbound to outbound. Control the in and out to make it balance.

Liquidation / custom report :

• Regularly send report of the factory’s activity to customs by formal reports.

• College/ University graduate
• 2 years experience
• Age: 25-35
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge about the vietnamese custom software
• English speaking would be very appreciate
• Personality: responsible, persuasive, pro-active, and motivated
• Job type: Full- time permanent
