IMC Planning Manager

Job description
Project Leader in Bidding & Concept Development:
Receive brief from clients and identify clients’ requirements & expectations.
Write IMC/event proposals and execution plans.
Lead cross- function brainstorming with the project team to build concepts, provide winning points and creative briefs.
Research information regarding clients’ brands and activities.
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up- to- date with the latest market.
Present proposals to clients.
Team Management:
Be responsible for career development of team members.
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Recruit, coach and groom team members.
Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
Job requirement
Creative mindset.
Logical thinking with analytical skill.
Good IMC and show/performance knowledge.
Good project and people management skills.
Minimum of 3 years work experience as senior planner/ account manager at Event & Activation or IMC agency.
Result- driven working style.
Strong and hands- on experience in show organizing.
Patient and willing to handle pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and writing skills in English as well as Vietnamese.
