As the Implementation Lead, your role involves steering the design, implementation, configuration, and training aspects of the diverse modules and functions within the Kyriba application. Your contributions will guide clients in making strategic and well- informed decisions, facilitating process automation, reducing inefficiencies, and optimizing opportunities that can positively impact their financial bottom line. As you become proficient in the tools and systems, you&039;ll deepen your understanding of treasury systems and risk management methodologies. This role offers the chance to take on stimulating and complex assignments, spanning various industries and geographies. In addition to project involvement, you&039;ll contribute to business development.
Responsibilities:
• Enable and facilitate Client adoption processes (client success) & usage
• Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
• Lead, plan, and execute corporates treasury transformations for Client utilizing Kyriba technology, covering areas such as cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management & accounting, and financial risk management.
• Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices implementation
• Configure & test solutions/workflow for various modules
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software
• Assist customer in testing phases prior to go- live and provide go- live support
• Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution
• Lead solution design workshops with customers and deliver the solution design document (Blueprint)
• Design and deliver innovative solutions based on business requirements
• Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas

Requirements
• Excellent problem- solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions
• Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
• Critical thinking and out- of- the box solution approach
• Existing relationships with the Kyriba user community is a significant plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, energy, and versatility.
• General understanding of the interplay between business, security, technology, and industry issues and characteristics.
• Understand Vietnamese’s corporates finance practices
• Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus
• MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA credentials are preferred.
• Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience
• 5 – 7+ years’ experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience
• Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem- solving abilities.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
