The primary responsibility of the Implementation Specialist, Addon is to ensure the timely delivery of projects and consult with customers using best practices for their implementation, with assistance available from the Implementation Supervisor. This role focuses on the accurate and punctual implementation of additional trading partners or product add-ons. The Implementation Specialist serves as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process, collaborating with customers, retailers, and internal resources for seamless setup.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the software (SPS & Gentran) implementation process for customers, with support as needed from the implementation supervisor.
  • Manage setup within the company and conduct testing for customers.
  • Coordinate implementation tasks and activities with customers, trading partners, SPS, and other implementation team members.
  • Manage customer expectations and project scope.
  • Proactively contact and follow up with customers to drive continuous progress in completing their projects.
  • Assist customers with the usage of company's software.
  • Support customers in the EDI testing process, analyzing test results, and advising on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
  • Assist customers in the integration testing process, including understanding basic integration functions and BSP mapping changes for assigned ERP packages.
  • Identify and communicate implementation issues and escalate them to the appropriate parties.
  • Meet monthly go-live and quality targets set by management.
  • Follow company's EDI Project Management Methodology (PMO) for all projects.
Requirements for Success:
  • Experience in client service implementations, business-to-business, and/or computer support/service.
  • Knowledge or experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to work with high-volume customers and/or tasks while maintaining organization and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in training customers on application software, including conducting training webinars or one-on-one sessions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
  • Experience with business systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, AX, Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or NetSuite is a plus.
  • Willingness to work the night shift from 10:00 PM 07:00 AM at the Helios Building, 5th Floor, Quang Trung Software, Dist. 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
