Implementation Specialist (Night Shift)

Manages setup within TrueCommerce. Conducts testing for customers.
Manages customer expectations and project scope.
Assists the customer with usage of the TrueCommerce software.
Manages implementation tasks and coordinates activities with the customer, trading partners, SPS and other implementation team members.
Follows the TrueCommerce EDI Project Management Methodology (PMO) on all projects.
Identifies and communicates implementation issues and escalate to the appropriate parties.
Actively contacts and follows- up with customers to drive continuous progress on the completion of their project.
Serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation process for the customer, with assistance as needed from implementation supervisor.
Meets monthly go- live and quality targets as determined by TrueCommerce management.
Assists the customer with the EDI testing process, including analyzing test results and advising the customer on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
Assists the customer with the integration testing process, including understanding of basic integration functions and BSP mapping changes for assigned ERP packages.

Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi- task.
Prior experience in training customers on application software including conducting training webinars or one- on- one customer training sessions.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required.
English is at business level, specially speaking skill.
1 year experience as Implementation Consultant, IT Business Analyst, Project manager, intergration specialist or fields related to ERP, SAP, Supply chain, EDI.
Client service implementations, business to business, and/or computer support/service experience.
Experience with business systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, AX, Dynamics, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
