Import And Export Management Specialist

Job description：
Review of import fees and tariffs and reimbursement of bills of lading;
Coordinate and organize import data and conduct cost reduction analysis;
Responsible for import customs clearance management, including the import of raw materials for vacuum cleaners, rice cookers, induction cookers, electric fans, electric heaters, BBQ grills, toasters and other products, as well as the import customs clearance management of production and manufacturing machines, molds, and prototypes;
Communicate and process information with shipping companies, forwarders, suppliers, plan dept, warehouses, and finance dept.
Responsible for the dispatch of import trailers. After customs clearance is completed, promptly communicate with the trailer agent for the transportation of the imported containers back to the factory;

Skill requirements：
Be familiar with the knowledges related to bonded import of raw materials;
Be familiar with Vietnam’s import and export customs procedures;
Proficient both in Vietnamese and Chinese or English.
