Import And Export Staff

Report to : Chief accountant – Office manager
Consult manager in suggesting what is the good way to do for saving cost for company
Coordinate with inside and outside parties to make sure all shipment in and out will be out/in on time.
Know well how to make the YE report and declare actual norm for customs department
Have experience in electronic field is preferable.
Have deep knowledge on customs clearance procedure for importing and exporting process.
Know clearly and be able to reconcile customs criteria with company’s database for production
Can be proactively work on the sudden issue and problem solving
Keep track and follow up with shipment in and out.
Keep track and compare freight cost to suggest the suitable carrier and cutdown the unnecessary cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent English
• Deep knowledge in import and export field, international
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of Information Systems and MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant field.
• Between 3 – 5 years’ proven experience as an import and export staff.
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
From Mon to Friday - From 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
