Import - Export Clerk

​An Import - Export Clerk works to manage and oversee imported goods into a country. Import - Export jobs involve charging, costing and arranging the movement of goods and flow of paperwork to ensure Customs clearances are obtained quickly and deliveries are made in good time.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Contact customers and coordinate with other departments to clear customs for import and export shipments
Drafting, and handling import-export documents including contracts, invoices, bills of lading, delivery orders, declaration of goods with customs...
Update information on legal documents related to import and export activities and solving unexpected issues
Making reports, comparing imported goods weekly, monthly with related departments.
Prepare a set of customs declaration documents, set of documents for C/O issuance, license application, quality registration dossier, official dispatches, and reports for related parties
Maintain records and documents such as related transaction letters, purchase orders, sets of documents, samples...

You have:

Good command of English 4 skills.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
University graduate majoring in Import-Export, Logistics or related majors
