Import Export Executive

Position description:

Ensure import plan for company.
Ensure DPV’s compliance to all regulations regarding import- export.
Ensure support to DPV’s cost saving and cost avoidance.
Involved in carry out, application and maintenance of the company processing system as BRC, ISO, import- export procedure and provides pivotal assistance in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices in order to achieve and maintain an standard working environment.

Major responsibilities:

Quality: Plan and supervise import shipments and delivery on time and reasonable. Based on the quality of work & completed worker level & complained of customer and production about delivery time and damage of good.
Behavior: Team working, hard working, and always hold build up and co- operation spirit in any situation. Behaviour in working environment. Based on the evaluation of department Manager.
Additional jobs: Check and fix data for customs information with suppliers. Plan for materials arrival on time. KPIs for customs service provider.
Output: Plan and monitor and report on import activity of company. Supervise customs declaration for import shipment with service company.
Reporting- Filing: Reports performance monthly, quarter and yearly in accordance with Detmold guidelines and System and suitable with Customs regulation. Maintains a good filing system for all documents related to Import activity in both soft and hard copies. Ensures all reporting & analysis are accurate and meets monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines. Make sure the personal filing systems are up- to- date and contain all necessary import- export documents.
Safety: Always observe the policy of company about in and out of Data/Property/People. Safety in working time. Based on the report of loss, damage and accident.
Import activity monitor: Handling import activity and influence to import process. Check and correct import docs. Manage extra import cost and ensure suitable with department budget. Report on quality of service provider. Report on daily and monthy as per request by manager. Build up new SOP if araising new tasks. Minimize the mistake by strictly follow import procedure.

1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree preferred.
Team work skills.
High responsibility, carefulness, honest.
Graduated with a major in Supply Chain Management or other related fields.
