Import & Export Executive

*Responsibilities:
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
Keeping good relationships with the government agencies, PPD, Customs, DIZA, transporters, shipping lines, freight forwards, clients, vendors are essential for the Import-Export manager to be successful in his position.
Frequently update tariff, duties, restrictions, import licenses, registrations.
Communication with head office Mumbai, customer and supplier for any export and import related activities.
To foresee the movement and Keep tracking of import-export goods, shipments, vessels and if any delays in the shipment need to be notified to the Manager and customers.
Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.
Do and prepare all docs for export order, make sure the product shipment without any delay, mistake.
Frequently keep update the chemical banned list in Vietnam.
Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
Check all import docs from international supplier, do all custom clearances to get the material on time.
Prepare, Monitor, record, analyses, trend an import-export activity.
Set up custom docs, proforma invoice, contract, B/L, L/C, declare with custom, and handle the schedule for loading containers.
Frequently check and get update about Customs and PPD related decree, law and regulation.
Negotiation, Renewing contracts with the transporters, logistic, Shipping lines, forwarders.
Do and prepare all docs for import refund and custom liquidation, reimbursement.
Get clear all the import shipment and arrange it to deliver in plant.
Coordinate with Plant and planning for readiness of material for export order.
Book the vessel for export goods orders as per schedule commitment and material ready in plant.

Requirement:
-Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
-Good in English communications via verbal and written both.
- Well-developed communicational skills and a customer-vendor relationship orientation
-Good relationships with the government agencies, PPD, Customs, transporters, shipping lines, freight forwards.
-Graduate in chemical engineering, supply chain, logistic or equivalent.
-At best practical experience in a similar position in Chemical and pesticide industry will be highly preferred.
-Good knowledge and experience of customs related decree, Law and regulation related to Chemical, Pesticide, insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, fertilizers, solvents…etc
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in Logistic, Import-export and Supply chain.
