Import - Export Manager

- Import & Export management:
+ Coordinate with related departments (Purchasing, SCM…) to ensure the accuracy and on- time delivery of shipment.
+ Risk management: ensure all the product import/export comply with regulations related to license application, quality inspection, energy efficiency ispection…
+ Cooperate with IT department to develop system to reduce manual work.
+ Handle issue related to import & export customs: working with brokers, customs authorities.
- AEO audit preparation:
+ Prepare data of import/export for AEO audit.
+ Meeting with audit authorities to provide data and explain issue as required.
- People management:
+ Conduct training (internal/external) to update new regulations.
+ Lead and drive team member to get the common goal.
+ Develop team member’s abilities, enhance team spirit.
+ Control KPI of team member.

+ Customs broker license (preferred).
+ Years of Experience: 8- 10 years (with minimum 3 years in manager level).
+ Experience working with Customs officer.
+ Experience in handling post customs audit at AEO/EPE company.
+ Ability work: Problem solving, negotiation skill.
+ Bachelor degree or higher with major of International Trading, import & export or relevant field.
+ Professional knowledge: AEO, EPE, Vietnam’s law related to tax & customs includ.
+ Foreign Language: Expert level with English.
