Import - Export Officer

Job summary: To be responsible to implement import/ export procedure effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up pending order from Planning team


• Verify document & follow up customs clearance broker for Trading & Non-Trading goods.


• Coordinate with customs clearance agencies to receive goods


• Follow up arrival date of purchase orders.


• Food quality certificate / Licenses for Food & Dangerous Goods follow up.


• Sub label, Master Material & HS code update.


• Import Duty Regulation.


• Check the customs clearance cost & raise payment request.


• Insurance Claim of quality inspection


• Others tasks assigned by Purchase & Import Team Leader.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade/ Business Administration/ Import Export


•  3+ years’ experience in Import procedure and working with forwarding agencies as well as customs department


• 27 years up


• Either male or female

Others as follows:

• Willing to travel a lot to clear goods as request


•  Fluent in English (verbal and written)


• Knowledge in Custom process, Import Duty, Inventory system&  Trade Law


• Knowledge in basic accounting transactions, ordering process, inventory system


• Interpersonal Skills


• Ability to operate PC
