Import- Export Staff

- Prepare & review all documents and records on imported and exported cargo and to revise accordingly before it is allowed to be moved from ports of entry or exit.
- Cooperate with forwarding companies and customs broker to receive machinery, equipment, materials and accessories on time.
- Supervise the progress of Import and Export orders (booking, opening declaration, preparing shipping document…) through the company.
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview
- Prepare, submit to and get import approvals from customs for import license of machinery, equipment, materials and accessories.
- Update and review all Import/Export docs in order to arrange required documents for shipments.
- Research and comply with legal requirements affecting export and import machinery, equipment, materials and accessories to and from overseas.

- English or Chinese communication
- At least 05 years of experience as the same position.
