Import/ Export Staff

- Follow up with Team and Customer for the reception of a complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes, and ensure its compliance with Vietnam Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements.
- Oversee the overall assignments of the Airfreight and Sea freight Customs Clearance.
- Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
- Support another relevant ad- hoc job task.
- Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming Shipment, documents transactions, and day- to- day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Follow- up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.
* Working day: 5.5 day/week from Monday to Saturdays morning
- Transport is arranged by employees

- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree Holder
- Professional Qualification/Certification: Preferably with Professional Certification
* Experience:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- 1 years experienced in Customs formalities
- Ability to setup Customs process flow for new project.
- Experienced in Bonded Warehouse, especially in ECUS and VNACCS
- English communication skills ( verbal & written )
