 Process and system innovation related to export, import process.
 Management of related system (SAP and internal system).
 Check and update customs regulation.
 Implement and manage customs procedures for imported goods.
 Contact, discuss with Customs authority related to Customs procedure.
 Responsible for reports to General department of customs.
 Official letters, documents management.
 Prepare data of import/export for AEO audit.
 Impact analysis and participate in solving issues ralated to Customs procedure.
