Import Export Supervisor (Work at Phu My, BR-VT)

Customs Compliance:

Maintain up- to- date knowledge of relevant trade agreements, tariffs, and duties.
Ensure all import and export activities comply with local and international customs laws and regulations

Documentation Management:

Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments and customs declarations.
Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Operations Supervision:

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
Oversee daily customs clearance operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Cost Optimization:

Monitor and negotiate with service providers to ensure cost- effective solutions.
Identify and implement strategies to minimize customs duties and fees while ensuring compliance.

Problem Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and provide support during audits.
Address and resolve any issues related to customs delays, inspections, or disputes.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align customs activities with company objectives.
Provide guidance and training to team members on customs regulations and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customs and import/export operations.
- Strong analytical, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.
- In- depth knowledge of customs regulations, HS codes, and trade agreements.
- Proficiency in customs clearance software and tools.
