- Research, identify, and acquire necessary import licenses for various product categories.
- Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards set by Vietnamese authorities.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in documentation promptly to prevent delays.
- Liaise with government agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth import processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain and verify quality declarations for imported goods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation for all import transactions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all customs and quality regulations in Vietnam.
- Work closely with relevant departments to gather required information for import documentation.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Major: Law, food technology or related professions
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentation and communication.
- Strong organizational and time- management skills.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to changes in regulations.
- Fluency in English language.
