In-House Lawyer

Legal• To draft and review contracts in Vietnamese and/or English including sales/purchase agreement (both cross border transaction and domestic transaction), service agreement, warehousing agreement, non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding.• To handle disputes related to contracts, debt collection, labor cases, in the forum of lawsuit and arbitration mainly in Vietnam.• To engage and co- work with external law firms.• To handle company secretariat matters in our group companies in Vietnam.• To conduct legal trainings for legal and non- legal colleagues of group companies in Vietnam.2) Compliance• To implement necessary internal policies and guidelines, including the ones to be compliant with the local regulations.• To investigate compliance incidents including violations of laws and internal policies, harassments inside the offices etc.• To check and monitor the risks related to corruption.• To conduct compliance trainings for colleagues of group companies in Vietnam.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as in- house or practicing lawyer.• Qualification as a lawyer is preferable.• Good command of English. • Cooperative, enthusiastic.
