•Establish and maintain excellent customer relations – Internet, website, forum…
•Offer tour programs / destination products and quotations to customers. Follow up and get booking
•Maintain and actively develop business contacts and new markets.
•Plan and conduct regular and professional promotion activities.
•Develop and maintain customer statistics.

•Excellent English writing, speaking, reading skills
•At least 02 year experience in the similar position
•An excellent eye for detail, a totally professional mind-set, is good with numbers and has a creative side to their character.
•Be able to work under pressure - Be confident using
•Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Internet
•Be ready to learn everything there is to know about Vietnam as a travel destination and we will make sure that you see the country’s travel products, hotels and attractions first hand.
