Income Auditor-Account Receivable - Nhân viên kế toán doanh thu

• Check all House use/Complimentary include dockets approved and signed
• Ensuring all necessary reports are printed after batch entry.
• Prepare the report of officer check & entertaiment, compliment, welcome drink, food transferring from kitchen to room dept.
• Check the room revenue by comparing the list of room occupied with the room Revenue report submitted by Night Audit and the amount inputted system.
• Check the food and beverage revenue by comparing the 2 copy of waiter Captain Order (one copy from Kitchen and the other from cashier) with invoice (bill) and the amount inputted system.
• Makes VAT out put report and other reconciliation and finalization related to output VAT. Combines VAT input from Inventory accountant & make monthly summary tax report, transfer to chief accountant for checking.
• Help other accounting staffs for controlling store, sub- ledger.
• Check the telephone revenue by comparing the telephone list get from IT to the telephone revenue submitted by Night audit and the amount inputted system.
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
• To prepare invoices for all the folio and send to the Credit Department or Mailing to travel agent and the company.
• Taking part in physical count at end of month.
• Control ABF and extra breakfast. Compare adults/children versus pax.
• Check shop revenue, transportation revenue and other revenue.
• Blacklist the debtors who are slow in making the payments and report to the Financial Controller.
• Reconcile accounts receivable statement and follow up the variations.
• Make daily revenue summary then weekly and monthly revenue summary.
• Post the revenue in Journal to General ledger. At the end of the month, makes reconciliation between general ledger and Revenue report.
• Work closely with Credit Department for collecting all cheque from the Debtor, and check the collection report.
• Performs any duties as be by chief accountant.
• Control the selling of outlet, check daily report by quantity & preprare summary report. Compare with stock on hand report of outlets end of month (mainly in minibar store & beverage stock)
• To collect and process all folio received from the front office on a timely basis.
• Assist purchasing with admin work.
• Check package inclusive balance with rates.

Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Sử dụng tốt phần mềm quản lý kế toán.
Trình độ chuyên ngành: Kế toán, tài chính, kinh tế, kinh doanh, ....
Thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng.
