Check the accuracy of figures, reports and documents. Record, store, access and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and ensure the security of hotel cash and cash equivalents in compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. Organize, ensure security and manage all account books and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit or payroll tables and reports. Control statistical, financial, accounting, audit or payroll tables and reports. Control and reconcile revenue carryovers. Follow and apply all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to the manager; keep yourself informed of the possible presence of unwanted people near the hotel.
