Income & Gaming Audit Supervisor

Position Summary: The Income & Gaming Audit Supervisor is responsible for leading the audit of all income sources within the Cosmo Club, including gaming revenues and other income streams. This role involves reviewing and analyzing financial transactions and records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in financial audit practices, with specific experience in the gaming industry preferred, and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily audit of gaming and non- gaming revenues to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain audit procedures and documentation to ensure efficient and effective audit processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in gaming audit and financial compliance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or irregularities in income and gaming transactions.
Participate in special projects and investigations as required, providing expert audit and compliance advice.
Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for improving internal controls and financial processes.
Collaborate with the finance department and gaming operations team to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Train and supervise audit team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high- quality audit performance.

Requirement:

Detail- oriented with a critical thinking mindset and the ability to solve complex problems.
Familiarity with gaming operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in financial software and systems, with strong analytical and data analysis skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, with specific experience in gaming or hospitality industry audits preferred.
