Job 1: Indirect Material Control Coordinator:
Under Indirect Material Control Department:
Location: Milwaukee factory in Saigon High Tech Park
- From Monday to Saturday.
- Working hour: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
INDIRECT MATERIAL WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS:
- Monitor and comply the process of tool gift and laser making for non- returned tool.
- Work with team and follow the process of receive, inspect, and store indirect materials in a safe, orderly manner. Keep tracking and controlling the indirect material inventory, including all of indirect material in the factory from Production, PM, AME, QM,….
- Work closely with department to make sure office supplies in the office area of the factory for the proper quantity and condition.
- Maintain the storage for maximize the space in warehouse and ensure compliance with 5S,..
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Make weekly/ bi- weekly/ monthly report, follow with team to update the in/out tracking.
- Cooperate with indirect planning team to make sure the timing of material delivery.
INDIRECT MATERIAL PLANNING AND SYSTEM:
- Forecast the Purchasing Level of the material to make sure the properly purchase quantity.
- Proceed the purchasing on K2 (purchase system), keep following with vendor to make sure the delivery lead- time.
- Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.
The organized and proactive candidate in charge of managing and planning the indirect materials (such as spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance supplies). This role combines warehouse operations with inventory planning for critical non- production materials, work at Saigon High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC

INDIRECT MATERIAL WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS:
- Control all of office supplies in the office area of the factory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
- Monitor and comply the process of tool gift and laser making for non- returned tool.
- Manage the end- to- end procurement process for indirect materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost- effectiveness. Oversee and instruct the warehouse team to follow the process of receive, inspect, and store indirect materials in a safe, orderly manner. Keep tracking and controlling the indirect material inventory, including all of indirect material in the factory from Production, PM, AME, QM,….
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a well- organized warehouse layout for easy access and efficient storage.
- Control and update the new model of tool showroom areas in the factory.
- Make bi- weekly/ monthly report and update the warehouse status for head of departments and BU leader.
- Manage material requests and cooperate with indirect planning team to make sure the timing of material delivery.
INDIRECT MATERIAL PLANNING AND SYSTEM:
- Proceed the purchasing on K2 (purchase system), keep following with vendor to make sure the delivery lead- time.
- Other tasks related to factory management and assigned by managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Forecast the Purchasing Level of the material to make sure the properly purchase quantity.
- Prepare and deliver employee cards to all of employees, check and monitor the access door system.
