Indirect Procurement Specialist

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend.
Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practice.
Be in- charge of Indirect Procurement included Marketing Goods & Services, IT, Equipment for store and warehouse, Reparation and maintenance category for both Vietnam and Cambodia market.
Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
Identifying business needs, building relationships and selling the features and benefits of early procurement involvement.
Manage preparation, implementation and execution of P2P processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices.
Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem- solving skill, result focus.
A Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management…
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English, knowing Khmer is a plus.
At least 3 years working experience in Indirect Procurement related to Marketing Goods & Services, IT hardware and software.
