Indirect Purchasing Executive

• Ensure compliance to company&039;s policy and procedures in key processes (PR, PO, RFQ, bidding and payment, etc).
• Evaluate and manage purchase requests from departments within the in-direct category (Goods & Services of Sale, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance as well as MRO, Capex related to manufacturing) and liaise with requesting department through the entire procurement process.
• Conduct periodical review of vendor performance and proposed revision for prefered vendors when necessary
• Support Procurement Manager on sourcing and promoting OEM & co-packing supply.
• Manage and directly execute transactional procurement in P2P systems & Ad-hoc requests following the strategy & qualified key vendors to ensure supply of goods & services in good quality, adequate, timely and cost effectively.
• Manage and source for potential vendors, build up vendor relationship and vendor engagement to ensure supply is stable and deliver target cost savings.
• Conduct market price trend analysis and evaluation to identify procuring opportunities, develop monthly expense reports for the assigned category to provide insights into procurement expenses compared to plan.
• Weekly/monthly report about expense, saving, SLA, procurement issue and propose solution.

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related majors.
• Ability to work in a team-work and fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good command of English. Proficient in MS Office computer skills. ERP is plus.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of procurement experience and demonstrated understanding of consumable, marketing, POSM, MRO.
• Strong analytical skills, multitasking skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
