Indoor Sales Engineer

- Responsible for handling sales enquires and prepare sales quotation
- Responsible for handling sales order processing
- Able to provide project tendering and documentation support
- Able to provide technical support to customers
- Able to provide support to external sales team
- Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related or product selection, application, specification, installation etc.
- Responsible for order execution for quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues
- Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, special constructions /materials , etc.;
- Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales position and similar industry
- Professional education in engineering, business or related field, or similar level obtained by experience.
- Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Outlook and Power Point)
- Multi lingual (incl. English)
