Indoor Sales Trainee

Follow Sales Lead status: Business not Carried and Promised Business
Take care of regular customers and try to collect new products/new routings from these customersTo cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business by introducing new products and routing options
Check mail and reply to all relevant parties. This includes responding to inquiries, providing updates, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Check rates with CS Team, booking request, issue Quote in Phoenix
Send Promotion Rates, Products, Flyers to target customers
Call to sleeping and new customers and try to set visits with new clientsSetting up client visits allows for deeper relationship building and a better understanding of customer needs.
Record all inquiries, key contact points of customers as important data

Strong organizational and time- management skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail- oriented and able to work under pressure
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
