Industrial Engineer – IE

* Key responsibility:
The industrial engineer&039;s responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards. To be successful as an industrial engineer you should be able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
* Job responsibilities:
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
• Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.
• In charge of New product’s development (In conjunction with Technical Dpt.,)
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
• Managing process documentation and preparing production’ efficiency reports.
• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Reviewing production processes, design specifications, workflows and related information. To eliminate wastefulness in production processes and make sure systems make the best-integrated use of workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
• Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
• Manage all Kaizen & Lean activities in production.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Willing to handle multi tasks
• Minimum 5 years of Relevant work experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Documentation and organization skills.
• Planning and analytical/Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, MS Office & Proficiency in AutoCAD
• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
