Industrial engineering lead is responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment. Act as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assist day- to- day production support and improvement, using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. This role will involve in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) on the production floor of a manufacturing facility.
• Develop/perform the automation project for optimization activities.
• Implement methods and modifications to reduce production costs.
• Design, redesign, or enhance work areas and layouts so that repetitive motions, inefficient operations and positions are reduced or eliminated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; apply this knowledge to maintain the organization competitive edge.
• Collaborate with CFT team to drive the activities to improve the OEE ratio/ capacity improvement/ HPU optimization/ Headcount Calculation.
• Develop and maintain management information, plan and control systems.
• Identify and assess various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; research and recommend solution.
Working place: Hai Phong factory

Education:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
• Minimum 7 year experience in utilizing Lean Manufacturing initiatives in production. Thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.
• Certification in Lean 6 Sigma is preferred
• Experience in implementation of adaptable robotics/automation (LCA, AGVs, RGVs) is an advantage.
• Computer proficient (Autocad, Office Package).
